How to purchase an art piece? Contact me at email@example.com and let me know which piece you are interested in. Custom orders ARE ALWAYS welcomed. I love personally creating the right art works for individuals and corporations so that you are happy and enjoy my work for years to come.
How long will it take? Packing and shipping are done expeditiously, usually the next day. The only exception would be if I am on vacation, in which case that will be communicated to you right away and I will let you know the exact date I am able to ship your order. That will NEVER be more than 2 weeks on in stock pieces.
How is my purchase shipped? I send all packages UPS unless we agree on alternate shipping arrangements.
Is my purchase insured? I can insure your purchase for an extra fee. UPS covers $100 at no charge and with tracking, there are rarely problems. I pack everything very well to withstand any bumps along the way.
Is there a guarantee or return policy? Yes! All of my art works come with a 30 day guarantee and return policy. Ship it back to me at your expense if you are not happy, and let's see if we can work together to create something new, instead!
Cleaning/Maintenance: I will provide you with instructions if needed!
Hanging Instructions: Included if needed. I try to make my works very, very easy to hang or display!
