Have fun learning the basics of weaving in this one day introductory workshop! You will go home with a small weaving to hang on your wall! Nothing to bring or buy- everything is included!

You will learn:

What a Warp is

What a Weft is

How to wind a board warp

Basic tapestry technique and rya rug knots

How to avoid crooked edges

How to finish the weaving off

The best materials for a variety of projects

How to build your own basic 2 X 4 larger loom at home

This class includes: All materials. 

LOCATION: The Goat Farm, Studio W214, 1200 Foster St. NW, Atlanta, Georgia. Turn right into the first driveway past the Howard School drive, at the Goat Farm sign. The studio is on your left in a two story building just past the goat/llama/donkey pen and water tower. Park, go around the corner of the building, studio W214 is the second door on the left.
